Huge blast in Pakistan's Quetta leaves many injured


By India Today Web Work area: An immense bomb impact has been accounted for in Quetta in Pakistan's Balochistan territory that has brought about injury to different people.

As indicated by Pakistani news site Dawn.com, the impact occurred close to the FC Mussa designated spot, leaving in excess of five individuals harmed on Sunday morning.

As per neighborhood media reports, the blast occurred in a solid region close to the Quetta Police base camp and the entry of Quetta Cantonment.

 The city of Quetta in Pakistan's Balochistan province has seen a massive explosion near the FC Mussa checkpoint, injuring multiple individuals. According to Pakistani news site Dawn.com , at least five people were injured in the blast, with the number of casualties remaining unknown.

 Edhi worker Zeeshan Ahmed, who is leading the rescue operation on the site, told Dawn.com that the injured persons have been moved to the Civil Hospital, Quetta. This explosion comes days after a similar incident shook Peshawar's Police Lines area , resulting in the death of 59 people and the injury of 157. 

The Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) have claimed responsibility for the blast. As per reports , two security personnel were injured in the blast as well.
