In Pakistan's Sindh province, a rocket launcher shell detonated at a residence on Wednesday while children were playing with the munitions, killing at least nine persons, five of them were children, according to police in Karachi. Children discovered a rocket shell while playing on the ground in Kashmore-Kandhkot, according to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rohil Khosa. They brought the rocket shell inside where it exploded, killing nine people, including five children, two women, and two adults from the same household.

In addition to the fatalities, he said that five other people were hurt in the explosion and sent to the hospital.

Sindh Boss Clergyman Equity Maqbool Baqar has looked for a report from the common monitor general on how a rocket launcher arrived at the Zangi Subzwai Goth town in Kashmore locale's Kandhkot tehsil of the territory, First light News detailed.

 

"Was any load of weapons being carried to the Kutcha regions? Are there empowering agents of the dacoits present in the goth (village)?", he inquired.

Communicating his distress over the occurrence, Baqar guided the controller general to present a "definite report" into the episode.
