 SCBAP denounces 'over the top utilization of power' against Imran.

ISLAMABAD:


The SCBAP President Abid S. Zuberi and Secretary Muqtedir Akhtar Shabbir made the claim that the affiliation stood for law and order, the constitution, and respect for court-issued rulings.


Any form of brutality is unacceptable in a nation where the rule of law and the Constitution are the main sources of government.


It is strongly condemned that unjustified authority was used against the former state head of Pakistan. Additionally, the approach taken to administer warrants is highly unpredictable, offensive, and in violation of [the] law. Hence, such viciousness should be immediately stopped," the declaration read. "Fair treatment should be practised and everyone should be treated according to the law.

Police shouldn't use excessive force, and people shouldn't provoke fights or cause violence.
